It's a bit dusty in here...

Lawks it's been a while. I haven't logged in for ages and I seriously miss DA. I miss being in a community that isn't parenting-centric. Most of all, I miss YOU.

So what's been going on? Life. I've been supply teaching, which for those not in the know, means I get to cover classes in all different schools when teachers are off sick. Some days I get a really good school and have an awesome day. Some days I get a really difficult school, shout until my voice disappears and crawl home with a tension headache. Astrid's been ill for about 6 weeks, so when I'm not at work I have a frustrated, grumpy toddler stuck to me.

Yes, toddler. She's almost 13 months D: She can show you her tummy, do Incy Wincy Spider and tell you to "gizza kiss" :') She's not walking yet - why walk when you can crawl like lightening and have a mother to cart you around?
